The Arabic "NGO Capacity Building Handbook" is the outcome of a project of Search for Common Ground in the Middle East and is based on the discussions and suggestions of a group of distinguished representatives from a number of Arab non-governmental organizations. The Handbook offers guidance on strengthening the governing structure and increasing the accountability of NGOs in the Middle East, as well as contributing to the debate on developmental and structural questions for the non-governmental community in the region.
